Touch Magic Toys by LeapFrog!

My tot and her friends needed some indoor-fun playdates for a good part of the summer because it has just been too hot to get out and enjoy the park. It has been a while since she has seen many of her friends since vacation schedules didn’t make playdates easy to plan, but now that everyone is back we are starting to get back into the swing of things. Any mom can tell you that keeping your child home is not a great idea because they get bored VERY easy, but LeapFrog makes it easy to come up with fun ideas and activities that any child can enjoy!

We are huge LeapFrog fans in my home! We love that they incorporate learning into fun and have created toys for every age group as well as learning stage. Thanks to the LeapFrog LeapPad, my almost 3 year old can already write letters! Who said that learning can’t be fun? So, when LeapFrog asked us to host a party to introduce moms and their children to their latest toys, we happily accepted!

The Rock n Learn Touch Magic toys include the Touch Magic Rockin’ Guitar and the Touch Magic Learning Bus. Touch Magic is made with touch technology that recognizes every tap, touch, and swipe- which makes the toys interactive and intuitive. With the Touch Magic Rockin’ Guitar, children can play along with a friend or play on their own. The guitar takes familiar songs such as Rockin’ Robin, If You’re Happy and You Know It, Itsy Bitsy Spider, and Pop Goes the Weasel and turns them into fun rockin beats! Children listen to their favorite songs and customize them by adding various included sounds from the guitar.

The Touch Magic Learning Bus teaches kids the alphabet while also doubling as a fun keyboard. The piano and drum pads can create a customized song out of old favorites such as the Wheels on the Bus, ABC song and more! There are over 40 touch points on the school bus that encourages various skill development. This was a favorite during the play date and caused many toddler arguments. I had to use a kitchen timer to give everyone the same amount of playing time in a more controlled manner.

Two lucky children were able to walk away with a toy at the party and this caused a little grief for the tots that didn’t win, but in retrospect this was a very successful and fun party. Along with skills that children learned from playing with the toys, they also learned about patience and taking turns… maybe…
Both toys retail at $24.99 and can be found at most major retailers such as Target.
Thanks to LeapFrog and MomSelect for this awesome opportunity!
