On of my favorite outdoor toys growing up was Skip-It. I actually remember bringing in my Skip It for a first grade show and tell project! Skip it was like playing jump rope with only one player as you twirl the ball around your legs and jump over it. There was also a little counter on the ball itself, so you could try to beat your old score or play against others.
Just like all the other old school toys out there, Skip It has a new look! Two old classics, Twister and Skip It have been married and welcomed their newest addition: Twister Rave Skip It! As you skip around, Twister Rave Skip It has a few new fun features as it upgraded from the old Skip It and lights up in fun colors. It still holds the same concept – skip around and try to get a high score, but this time it also lights up in the traditional Twister colors: red, yellow, green, and blue.
Along with Twister Rave Skip It, Twister Rave Rings bling up your game and challenges you to keep up with the beat of the lights. I love games that get kids (and adults) to get up and move while having fun, and with summer time around the corner, Twister Rave Skip It is a great outdoor toy to have!
