Super Easy Homemade Mashed Potatoes
  1. Wash and quarter potatoes, leaving skin on and removing blemishes from the potato.
  2. Place in pot, covering potatoes with water.
  3. Bring to a boil and remove when potatoes are fork-tender. Drain water from potatoes.
  4. With a whisk, start breaking potatoes up.
  5. Add butter and milk and continue to mash potatoes until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Add salt, pepper, garlic and stir.
  7. Serve hot.
