Back to school season has officially started for most kids in the south, but in NYC we are just about done gathering our supplies and checking off all our back-to-school lists. Along with making sure our kids are prepared in school, I make sure that I’m prepared for rumbling bellies after school. Having kids in separate schools means I have to be prepared with all the snacks!
