Have you ever roasted a head of garlic in the oven? I do this by wrapping the whole garlic in aluminum and placing it in a 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Each piece of garlic becomes an easy to spread addition to any meal. I personally like it with a little salt and butter.. MMM!
