Mommy Look! I can Swim!

There’s nothing my kids love more than bathtime, except maybe ice cream! They all look forward to their evening baths where they get to unwind, play with toys and enjoy their bubbles. When my oldest was a little younger, all three kids would play together in the bath, but as she’s maturing, she opts for her own space. My younger two, on the other hand, love to play together during bathtime. Whether they are pretending to be a mermaid and pirate, try to fish beneath the bubbles, or have a pretend tea party, they are always coming up with the cutest pretend-scenarios.

 

Yesterday I introduced them to the new BABY Born Mommy! Look I Can Swim! doll which actually swims in the water! She’s great for bathtime or fun in the pool, and comes with accessories that can be used for wet or dry play. Right out of the box you need to place 3 AAA batteries that aren’t included. Don’t be alarmed if she doesn’t start flapping right away, she needs to have her head twisted to the side and placed in the water. You won’t find an on or off button on her- she knows exactly what to do once she hits that water!

My almost 3-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter had fun with their latest playmate, who they named Natasha, for bathtime.
