I rarely have any down time but in that rare instance where I have a minute to myself to procrastinate relax, I like to unwind with an online game. My toddler has even gotten into online games and while some moms may not like the idea of their kids playing with the computer, I actually think it can be a positive learning experience. My little girl knows her way around the computer and knows what to press to get to the games she likes to play. Of course, she is monitored at all times. She is not at an age where she can spell yet, but the simple point and click motions on the mousepad are enough to get her started playing!
I use to love playing card games but I found that sometimes they would drag out and I didn’t have enough time to finish a round. Then I found Poppit. It is one of the most addicting games I have played to date. The point of Poppit is to click on matching colors that are touching each other to clear them out. After a day where my brain feels like it is on overload, Poppit provides a few minutes of mindless entertainment and even a little excitement- I love to outdo myself each time to get fewer balloons left over.
Sometimes my toddler will catch me playing Poppit and will ask if she can play too, and I have to say, the kid is getting good! Poppit is a fun game that the entire family can easily play and quickly get addicted to! Next time you have a free minute, be sure to check out Pogo games!
