This week I stayed focused on eating only Nutrisystem foods because I was disappointed in last week’s results. Last week I over indulged and became sick, plus I didn’t lose as much weight as I wanted to. Sticking to my meal plan helped me finally get below the 230 mark for my weightloss. I am now 229, but I still have a long way to go.
I’m not getting tired of the meals. I love the variety Nutrisystem provides. With my busy work schedule, I like that I am able to bring a lunch bar with me such as the peanut butter and jelly bar, so I can eat it on the go. Paired up with a bag of sugar snap peas and baby carrots, plus a string cheese and an apple, my entire meal is portable, no microwave required!
