The doctor is in! Dr. Mario, that is. Whether or not you grew up with the classic video game, Dr. Mario, you’re going to love the Dr. Mario app. My love for the game started off as a quick, mindless fixation and quickly turned into a fun way to connect with friends and battle against other people in the world who share the love for a modern take on an old classic.
There are hundreds of levels that are increasingly difficult, but not overly challenging, keeping the tone of the game lighthearted and fun. My kids even play the Dr. Mario app!
Some nights, after the kids are sleeping I connect with my friend on the Dr. Mario app where we play against each other just as we did when we were kids. The nostalgia, along with having something fun to connect over, provides us with friendly competition when we both want to unwind. I’ve even gotten my husband hooked on the game, but I was quite disappointed when I realized he’s about 30 levels ahead of me- how does he have the time!?
To celebrate Dr. Mario coming to iOS and Android, my kids decided to dress up in their favorite characters and toss the Goumba Mocci Mocci around. I love that I can share my favorite games with my kids, and that it’s now easier than ever to bring these favorites along with me. Be sure to download Dr. Mario from the App Store or Google Play.
