There’s nothing like NYC. I was born and raised here, and I couldn’t think of a better place to raise my kids. Sure, there are other great cities out there, but they don’t compare to NYC. People come from all over the world to see the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, South Street Seaport, Times Square, and even Broadway Shows. I’ve taken my own city for granted. What most tourists see in 3 days, it has taken me nearly 30 years to see. I guess you can say it keeps things interesting!
From the steps where our first president was inaugurated, to the stock exchange, it is no wonder that NYC is the gear that makes the world go around. Whether you live in NYC, or just visiting, there is always something to do, somewhere to go, and something to see. MasterCard makes it easy to find things to do in NYC, such as shopping, sports, dining, music, and more! Right now they have a special for Mamma Mia tickets! Just head over to Priceless in NY to get more details and see what great offers they have!
What I love most about NYC is that it truly is the city that never sleeps. New Yorkers have been through devastations such as 9/11 and the latest, Super Storm Sandy. Yet, New York never sits and wallows, she gets right back up and continues moving, stronger than before. They say New Yorkers are hard, but in reality they are strong and able to withstand a lot by coming together. This is what makes NYC priceless!
My favorites in NYC are the Statue of Liberty, the many museums, Rockefeller center, and of course, if you are here during the holidays, you have to catch the Christmas Spectacular! Oh, and let’s not forget about the food! There are so many restaurants and various cuisines to check out! Have you ever traveled to NYC? I’d love to hear what sights you have seen, or what you would like to see! If you are planning a trip, don’t forget to check out Priceless in NY for must-see attractions and offers around the city!

I like visiting NYC, but I could never live there.
I’d LOVE to go to NYC for Christmas, maybe one day!
My parents lived in NYC, but I have never been there before. I might visit there someday, but I definitely don’t like living in a city. I’m a country girl at heart! 🙂
I spent 24 hours in NYC in 2009 and can’t wait to go back. There is so much to see and do.
I would love to visit NYC! It’s on my wish list.
I grew up outside of NYC and I lived in the city for a while and I have to say I never really warmed to the city. I think I’m more of a country girl at heart. But… we were in NYC last summer for my brother’s wedding and we took our daughters (12, 10, 8) for the first time. Seeing NY through their eyes was a magical experience. They were awed by the big city and loved it all. We did all the touristy things and I think I can now appreciate all NY has to offer.
I’ve been to NYC three times so far and love it! Can’t wait to go back one day!
NYC is absolutely on my “bucket list” of places to visit. I have had a few opportunities to go, but only for short trips, and I want to go when I can really SEE the city and everything that you mentioned. I cant wait!
I was there in August for the first time, but I didn’t have a lot of time for sight seeing. I want to go back and have a proper visit.
I loved NYC when I went there for BlogHer this year. Would love to go back soon!
I enjoyed our trip to NYC and want to return.
Looks like a ton of fun!
One of my favorite cities. Would love to visit at Christmas time.
I LOVE NYC. I haven’t been in any of the holidays but it’s such a magical place eveyrtime I have been.
I haven’t been to NYC in about 20 years… I’m long overdue.
My entire family is from NY and I have been visiting since I was an infant. Unfortunately I haven’t been since 2009. I am really due for a visit and want to experience it with my hubs, who has never been.
I’ve never been to NYC but it’s on my bucket list.
NYC really is priceless. My husband hasn’t seen the city yet, and I keep telling him what an amazing experience it is.
I’ve never been to NYC, but I’m dying to go. Looks like a beautiful city!
I’d love to visit NYC some day… especially at Christmas!
I would love to go back and visit one day!
NYC is a great city.
I feel the same way!
It’s one of my very favorite cities to visit! Chicago is my favorite though!
Every time I visit NYC, I recall the term I heard somewhere – “the heartbeat of the world. ” I could spend months there – love it!
