Children should really come with a care tag that reads: WARNING – slippery when wet! Bathing a baby, toddler or small child is never a “CLEAN” event. When the baby is small, you are leaning over and trying to wash all of the baby’s parts without getting yours wet. Then when they sit up, they are learning how their arms and legs move, so there is always water being splashed whether it be feet or hands. When they are toddlers, it becomes a game of how wet can we get Mommy?
The aacua by Maamam is worn as an apron on mommy with infants, and then transforms into a bathrobe for toddlers. Once out of the tub, you can snuggle the little one without getting yourself soaked!
I received my own aacua to try out and I thought of more than one use for it. Not only can I use it for bath time, but it can come in handy during pool time also! Thinking back to when my little girl was a newborn, I wish I had known about aacua. Newborns are the hardest to bathe because of their lack of body control and constant need for neck support. The aacua allows you to pick up baby without soaking yourself and without ever letting go of the baby.
