An all in one bathtub cleaner with @CLRCleaners!

I don’t mind cleaning the house, but when it comes to cleaning the bathroom, I make up every excuse not to. Of course, I can’t stand when my bathroom is anything less than sparkling clean, so at some point I have to bite the bullet and just do it. It’s not so much the bathroom as a whole, as it is the bathtub. My bathtub has to be completely pristine, after all, I do bathe my kids in there and what’s the point of bathing in a dirty bathtub?

So, I’ve tried it all. One spray to get out the mildew in the grout, one spray to scrub the tub, and something else to get those rust spots off the drain – you know, the drain that promised to be “stainless” steel. Yeah, that’s apparently not true. I needed one cleaner to do the job of all three, but I still hadn’t stumbled on that miracle cleaner yet.

At my mom’s house a few weeks ago, I noticed a bright yellow cleaning bottle in her bathroom. When I took a closer look, the bottle of CLR promised to be fast acting, powerful, clean effectively, remove dirt, calcium, lime, hard water stains, and soap scum; it also had the EPA’s DfE standard which means the chemicals are not harmful! Well, you couldn’t sign me up fast enough. I had to know how this stuff worked. It all sounded too good to be true.

When I asked my mom about CLR and whether or not she was happy about it, I was actually surprised at her reaction. She doesn’t really get too excited about anything, let alone the stuff she cleans her bathtub with, but she emphatically responded that CLR “had to be the best spray I’ve ever tried.”
