Baby Shower Event – My Brest Friend Full Body Pillow (#Giveaway)

Along with the joys of being pregnant come the slew of body aches and pains that can keep you up all night. From the very beginning, I had horrible back pains when I was pregnant with my daughter, and I tried just about everything. I couldn’t get comfortable in bed. I tried multiple pillows and rolled up towels, but nothing stayed put all night, nor were they comfortable. I dealt with the discomfort, knowing it would be over in a few months, but I couldn’t fully enjoy my pregnancy when I was so uncomfortable.

I always wanted a body pillow, but I tried one out and felt it was too big. These are the pillows that look just like your normal sleeping pillow, but are a lot longer to accomodate your body. I had never tried a contoured body pillow until I came across My Brest Friend full body pillow. What I love about the 3 in 1 Body Pillow by My Brest Friend is that it isn’t overly bulky, and even has a pregnancy wedge built right in, for your growing belly. I would have loved the body pillow even more if it was a bit firmer, but that is all about your own personal preference. Some people like soft pillows, I like them to be a little more firm. I would still recommend a body pillow, whether you are pregnant or not, if you have a hard time getting comfortable while sleeping due to body aches. I felt that having the support of the pillow eased the tension in my back and helped align my knees. My hubby liked that it didn’t take up too much room in bed with us!

My Brest Friend isn’t really known for their body pillows. Their nursing pillows are what gained them popularity, and I even remember seeing an episode of the Duggars where Michelle Duggar was using My Brest Friend to support her breastfeeding baby while walking around and taking care of her other children. Now THAT’S multitasking! I never tried the My Brest Friend Breast Feeding pillow, but it does look very cozy for baby and provides great support for mom. They are recommended by Lactation Consultants worldwide!

Along with body pillows and nursing pillows, My Brest Friend has expanded their product lines to also include a pregnancy wedge, burp cloths, and even nipple cream! The pregnancy wedge would have come in handy when I was using towels to support my huge belly during my last few months being pregnant. Towels weren’t quiet as comfortable or soft, but I didn’t know about this great pillow a few years ago! The All Natural Nipple Cream is different than what is out on the market, since it doesn’t include Lanolin, but rather a mixture of all natural ingredients.
