When I was pregnant, the first item I put on my registry was a Britax Boulevard. I knew that the name stood for safety and durability, as well as many years of use. I knew that this one car seat was safe enough to bring my newborn baby girl home in, and versatile to last throughout her baby years. Holding from 5-70 pounds, and up to 49 inches, this is the only car seat we will need until she is in a booster.
Why Britax?
BRITAX has been at the heart of passenger safety for over forty years with leading brands in all of its principal markets including Europe (Britax®, Römer®), Australia (Safe-n-Sound®, Steelcraft®) and the Americas (Britax®).
We are proud of our innovations over the last few decades that have improved the safety of children in cars, such as ISOFIX technology, which has become an international installation standard. Every product we make is a promise of safety, quality, and the very best for your child.
There is no question about it, Britax = safety!
I had the opportunity to review the Britax Boulevard 70, which is the upgraded version of my little girl’s Boulevard. Check out this comparison of the two car seats:
Here is a side by side comparison. It does not seem that they are that different, size wise – the Boulevard 70 is just slightly shorter. Note: the image about shows the Boulevard 70 with the newborn insert. The Boulevard comes with that feature as well, but it is not pictured. You can purchase a Britax car seat at a Britax retailer near you or on Amazon! You can connect with Britax on Facebook and Twitter to stay up to date on their latest news!
Disclosure: I received a Britax Boulevard 70 in exchange for my review. All opinions are my own.
One of my 2 favorite brands of carseats! Although all carseats pass the same test, I love that this company as well as one other have a tether for rear facing that adds addition protection. 🙂
