This may not seem like the ideal Christmas gift for your mom, but if your mom has a cat like my mom, then Clean+Green products are for her. You see, I had a cat when I was still living at my moms house. My cat has quite the temper, and if you get on her bad side then watch out, because you are likely to lose your favorite pair of shoes to her urine. Yes… she’s a pisser, and I don’t mean that in the “funny” kind of way. My mom always told me, “When you leave, you take your cat with you!” That never happened and her temper is more likely than not the reason why.
So my mom went out and purchased a rug shampooer and always has some kind of chemical on hand for those moments that my old cat doesn’t get what she wants and decides to take it out on the living room carpet. Sure, it’s not the typical Christmas gift for her, but I know it is something she will use, as well as something she needs. Plus, she’s stuck with my cat, so it’s the least I can do! Clean+Green permanently cleans stains left behind by my snobby feline as well as takes care of that horrible odor that makes you want to walk out the same door you walked in from ASAP. There are various Clean+Green products to choose from, depending on what your needs are. Also keep in mind their products are safe for pets and people! They are even safe enough to be used directly in the litter box because they are non-toxic, made with natural, biodegradable, and recyclable ingredients. I specifically chose to review the Furniture Refresher and Cat Urine Odor and Stain Remover.
The Furniture Refresher does exactly what it says – it gets rid of that musky odor from! Since my mom has an
upholstered couch, I thought this would be a great product for her to try. It even works on pillows! Within a few minutes of applying the spray, the smell was GONE! I wish I knew about this stuff sooner – maybe my cat would have actually moved in with me!
The CLEAN+GREEN cat urine odor and stain remover is very similar to the Furniture Refresher but it gets rid of stains caused by accidents or angry felines. It took a few applications before it cleared up old stains, but it actually worked! This stuff is great on carpets! You can check out Clean+Green’s other products on their site.
