Cloth Diaper Event – Thirsties Duo Diaper (#Giveaway)

I love cloth diapers that give you options. The whole purpose of cloth diapering is to be better for the environment and also to save some money. If you had to purchase diapers for each size your baby grew into, it would defeat the purpose of cloth diapering to begin with! Thirsties had the right idea when they came out with their Duo Diaper. The Thirsties Duo Diaper is a two piece diaper that has a waterproof cover and an absorbent insert, which is made up of 7 layers. The super soft fleece feels great against baby’s skin and provides great wetness protection.

Thirsties Duo diapers come in two sizes, for babies from 6-18 lbs and for babies 18-40 lbs. Two sizes means you only need to purchase a handful of each size for your entire cloth diapering experience! They are fully adjustable and don’t create a lot of bulk in smaller babies – which was an important feature for me, but they are not the trimmest possible fit on a newborn baby. They are still a great option, economically, and they come in fun designs! My favorite is Hoot, what’s yours??
