By having a good understanding of food and all food types, they are less likely to be fussy with their food. They’ll also be more open to trying different flavor combinations and experimenting when it comes to the kitchen.

Consider some classes or activities that they can do with friends or in their local community. Have a play space at home where they could things like arts and crafts or dressing up.
