My art studio used to just be a hobby of mine, a building a few blocks from my house that I rented out to do my work in. When my stuff started selling, though, I decided it made sense for me to turn this into a business so I bought the building and now I run a thriving art studio for local artists. I am so fulfilled by this work and it’s actually nicer than I ever imagined being an entrepreneur but it was a long road getting here. There were some fire codes I had to take care of before I was allowed to rent out space and I had to go to securitychoice.COM to make sure everyone’s art was secure when the building was empty at night. I had to deal with the increased utilities and even the idea of extra keys floating around but now it’s all settled and the studio is running like a well-oiled machine. I love my studio and it appears the community does too so it was all worth it in the end!
