We all know who’s really making their list and checking it twice! I’m on a mission to not only fulfill my own children’s holiday wishlist, but also brighten other children’s holidays with some of the most requested toys this season. Each year my family hosts a Toys for Tots celebration where we invite the neighborhood to come by for breakfast with Santa and all we ask is that they being a new, unwrapped gift to add to our donation box. This will be our third year doing it and we have such an amazing turn out each time. I’ll tell you more about it in another post, but right now I want to tell you about the latest PJ Masks goodies the kids will love. From stocking stuffers to crafts, there’s a lot of fun to be had with PJ Masks!
The PJ Masks Figure Pack from Just Play gives me a few ideas. I usually order a plain ice cream cake for our birthday celebrations and then decorate it with our character theme. This PJ Masks Figure Pack can serve as cake-toppers and then after the celebration is over your child can use their figures for lots of pretend-play fun! No birthdays coming up? No problem! Kids would love to see these under the tree!
My middle daughter is now 4 and is getting into co-play with her sister. This means that they can finally play things together like board games where they learn to follow rules, take turns, and also learn how to graciously lose or win a game. The PJ Masks Night Sight Game from Wonder Forge isn’t a win or lose game, which is a GREAT feature for my very competitive girls. They need to work together in this game to gain clues and find out who is stealing the city’s toys.
A classic stocking stuffer in our home is crayons and coloring books. Crayola is the company we gravitate to and with the PJ Masks Color and Sticker Book from Crayola they have their favorite characters to color and use stickers with. So much fun!
My oldest is reading and will often find books her younger siblings love so she can read to them. The “Time To Be A Hero” Book from Simon & Schuster features my middle-daughter’s favorite PJ Masks characters in a story line that is similar to the show. The words are big and simple, with many sight words my middle girl is already learning to recognize, making the book a very simple and enjoyable read.
While my girls love everything from the PJ Masks new holiday collection, they will be sharing these items in the Toys for Tots bin for children in need this season. It is such a joy to watch my children offer to brighten someone’s day. Stay tuned for more PJ Masks holiday fun!
