I have been slowly weaning myself off Nutrisystem foods because I wanted the satisfaction of knowing I can do it on my own. I am very disappointed to admit that I did not lose any weight this week (but I also didn’t gain any weight). I also know that this might just be the natural course of the diet – I have heard many people say that at some point there is a standstill with the weight, so I’m not stressing it. I think the reason I didn’t lose any weight might be that I didn’t eat ENOUGH this week – yes – I said enough! While I was experimenting with my “normal” food diet, I did not track anything on the website, even though they do have options to add to your menu that are non-Nutrisystem foods.
Needless to say, I will be eating Nutrisystem foods for the duration of the program with the exception of parties, barbecues, and special occasions.
