I’ve overcome another hurdle in parenting – traveling with kids! For the holidays, I planned a special trip for my girls to the most magical place, Disney World. I didn’t know what to expect from my girls as far as temperament, but this was a great opportunity to find out! It was also a great way to learn from our experiences and plan for the next vacations we will take as a family.
One of the best things I did for Disney was rent a stroller. I didn’t want to worry about a double stroller on the plane or on the bus to and from the airport. We brought a small stroller for the airplane and for small trips out and around the hotel, where my preschooler wouldn’t need to sit, but for the majority of our trip we used a City Mini Double stroller from Orlando Stroller Rentals.
Initially I feared that the stroller might be stolen while on Disney property, but once I got into the magical gates I realized that EVERYONE has a stroller, so that fear quickly disappeared. The ease of renting a stroller in Disney World was amazing and one of the best decisions for travel I made. Orlando Stroller Rentals had the stroller delivered to my hotel and all I had to do was sign for it at the pick up center. It was clean and perfect for our stay. My girls hopped in and we were on our way to Animal Kingdom! Traveling with a double stroller was daunting- the bulk of the stroller was what I worried about, but the simple fold made it easy to bring on and off the Disney buses.
All in all, I would say renting a stroller from Orlando Stroller Rentals is a must if you are visiting Disney World. To find out more about the strollers and services they offer, be sure to head over to Orlando Stroller Rentals! Their prices are great for the convenience they offer, plus they deliver the stroller to your hotel and pick it up! A service I would definitely use again!
Disclosure: I received a rental free of charge in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
Considering how strollers are being stolen these days (not necessarily there, just in general), I would be much more comfortable renting than bringing my own. I’d leave my own in the car and use it outside the parks.
I was SO incredibly happy to see this post. We are headed to Orlando soon, and I need a stroller. It is nice to see that they offer strollers for bigger kids, too.
Wow that is really cool!! What a great way to make traveling with kids easier!
This sounds awesome! I wish that this was around when my kids were younger!
I like that they offer several styles and bring it to your hotel.
