I’m under 30, but I have the aches and pains of a 90 year old. I have back and knee problems that are only getting worse as I get older. I’ve learned to ignore the pain and just move on with my life because for the most part, there is really nothing I can do about it.
I have days where I have to take something for the pain, but I rarely like to take any pain meds at all.
