The Ohmies is coming to New York!

What do I love best about being in NYC? THE SHOWS! I love that my little girl is finally at an age where I can take her to shows that I know will “wow” her! She is a girly girl (definitely didn’t get that from me) and get’s very excited about everything (ok, maybe THAT she got from me!) NY is known for its theater district and amazing performances. Now, kids can enjoy the fun too! The Ohmies is an interactive performance where kids ages 3 through 8 will dance, stretch and giggle. Bella Butterfly and Carlin Caterpillar go on an engaging journey to wake up the sun so that their garden of wishes will grow. Along the way they lead the audience in a series of yoga-inspired dance exercises as they learn to make friends and defeat their worries. 


I just got word that The Ohmies is coming to New York and I can’t wait to get  tickets to take her!

THE OHMIES: MORNING WISH GARDEN runs 55 minutes with no intermission and is performed in an open theater space in which the audience has fun interacting with the cast and each other on antimicrobial fitness mats. (Limited seating is available for those who can’t sit on mats.)
