Headed to the Bronx Zoo this month? Check out their list of events in August! There are lots of fun attractions to see and great events for the kids to get involved and have some fun. I love the Bronx Zoo because you can make it an all day family event or you can take your time and see a few attractions at a time. My absolute favorite time of year to visit the Bronx Zoo is in October, when they have Boo at the Zoo and fall-themed activities for the kids such as pumpkin carving and mask-making.

The closest decent zoo to us in the San Diego Zoo about 5 hours away…sigh. I so want to bring the kids there one of these days!
I actually began following your blog quite some time ago. I had a different blog back then, but I have decided to start fresh here: Desert Momma
I’d be so grateful if you’d help me get started again by coming over to follow me!
Many thanks,
Holly
