Week 3: This was my toughest week yet. I was told to expect the weight loss to slow down at this point
and they were right. I only lost 1 pound this week, but I was prepared for it so I didn’t take that bad. The
hardest part of the week was the birthday party and 2 dinners out that I had to deal with. Thankfully,
it seems that the mental “training” that Nutiriystem has helped me with, in regards to knowing what
I should eat and how much I should eat really came into play. At each meal, I was able to order food
wisely, knowing full well how it would impact my diet. It was tough, but I’m proud to say I made it
through. My goal of losing 15 pounds this month is in reach, so on to week 4.
