Hubby and I just closed week 3 on Nutrisystem and I lost 1 pound! Sure, it doesn’t sound like a lot, but I didn’t gain this week like I did last week. I have also been eating non-Nutrisystem foods here and there because I haven’t really been home that much, but I feel that I almost have portion control mastered.
I always eat my food very quickly and I learned a new technique to get myself to slow down: I eat my food while it is piping hot. I don’t recommend this- since you can really burn yourself, but it is working for me. It forces me to eat much slower, which in turn also makes me eat much less!
So far I have lost a total of 7 pounds in 3 weeks!
