Week 4 on Nutrisystem went pretty good. I have gotten in a good groove when it comes to following the program. Due to the fact that I am able to supplement my meals with a variety of vegetables, carbs and proteins, I have not suffered from any “boredom” of eating the same foods over and over again. The toughest part of the week was once again the weekend, which involved eating out on both days. I have gotten pretty good at eating carefully and with smaller portions on these occasions, so once again I was able to make it through this week with losing a few more pounds. My weigh in this week: 239 lbs. I can’t remember the last time I was under 240 lbs!
The past month has proved to be hard and easy at the same time. It was hard to get in the mindset that losing weight was what I needed to do to lead a healthier lifestyle. Having a system like Nutrisystem simplified losing weight by providing meals in the right portions and teaching me what I should be consuming on a daily basis.
