With vacation season in full swing, my husband and I have been thinking of places to take our two daughters. Of course, Disney is first on our list, but a nice island getaway sounds great too. We’ve managed to hash out all the details, including preparing passports, what to pack, and other essentials when traveling with children, but our one concern was getting to and from the airport. Since we travel with car seats, it is hard to ask friends or family to drop us off or pick us up because we don’t all fit in one car. Airport parking has been an option for us and after looking into it we found that there are 22 US airports that have The Parking Spot.
The Parking Spot is a parking company that is near airports and provides inexpensive parking options for families. The facilities they have are spacious and services include 24/7 opertaion times, shuttles every 5-7 minutes, luggage assistance, complimentary newspaper and bottled water, plus a rewards perk with The Spot Club.
The Parking Spot even offers car care services such as car washed and oil changes! What more can you ask for? Oh, perhaps a discount! Well, they have that too! They are offering 15% OFF PARKING at The Parking Spot for guests through Labor Day at select locations.
I love the idea of not having to bother people to pick me up or drop me off at the airport with my family, and the convenience of having our car waiting for us near an airport is great. If you are planning an extended trip, then having your car cared for while you are away is a great option at The Parking Spot.
Are you planning any family vacations this summer? How do you get to and from the airport?
