My little girl is getting old enough to enjoy spending time in the kitchen with me. It all started with a cute chef’s hat and apron set she received for her birthday and spiraled after that. Now we are in the kitchen almost everyday together and she watches as I prepare meals. I let her join in on the fun when we are baking – but it requires A LOT of patience on my part. She is messy – VERY VERY messy! I constantly remind myself that she is only a toddler, and if I was able to teach a class of 25 students how to cook and clean, I should be able to handle just one!
Lucky for me Clorox Clean Up makes it easy to clean up messes. Whether there is vanilla frosting on the counter or messy chicken juice from dinner prep, I know that Clorox Clean up can remove the stickiness while also disinfecting my countertop. For smaller messes, we turn to the Clorox wipes to help get the job done. Clorox has launched a new site where you can find and share recipes and activities that you can do with your children. At cloroxrecipesforfun.com you can share ideas for anything from crafts, recipes, and even science experiments. Besides, baking is usually one giant science experiment and a great place to teach kids about chemical reactions between ingredients and how heat impacts them!
Clorox wants to celebrate their Recipes for Fun site by giving you the chance to win $10,000 toward an Ultimate Mess Party. There are lots of other prizes to win as well, so be sure to register! When you share a recipe, you can also get a coupon for $1.00 off Clorox Clean Up! Along with a coupon, you will be entered to win one of 10 grand prize entries – just for sharing a recipe! They also have instant win chances where you can get $100 gift cards from a variety of retailers. Random winners will be selected – all you have to do is check out the other recipes that are on the site!
