On Monday July 16, 2012, GUND is hosting their first ever “Top Dog” contest. The prize? A limited edition GUND Boo plush. If you haven’t heard of Boo, then it’s time your met the adorable pup. Boo is considered the “World’s Cutest Dog” but now you can nominate your own canine based on the following categories:
- Most Beautiful Dog
- Ugliest Dog
- “Doganista”/Best Dressed Dog
- Dog that Most Resembles its Owner
The grand prize is awesome! GUND will create a limited edition model of YOUR DOG! The dog will be available in gift and toy stores in 2013. Your dog can be cuddled and adored by all! Just submit your dog photos on the contest tab on GUND’s Facebook. This link will be live on Monday July 15 and the contest will run ntil August 15, 2012. The winners will be chosen on August 20th and will be announced the week of August 27th.
Wait, there’s even MORE news: There will be another contest running on Pinterest where GUND is hosting “Most Pinteresting Dog” contest. You can post your entry using the tag @GUNDMostPinterestingDog and submit the link to GUND at MostPinterestingDog@GUND.com. The winner will be chosen based on the number of times the entry is “liked” on the GUND Pinterest board and the winner will receive a selection of GUND products valued at $250 retail.

This is such a cute contest!! We don’t have a dog but I know a few people with cute pups that I’m going to pass this along to. That would be awesome to have a toy dog made to look like your own pet, they should start doing that outside of the contest!
