Anyone with a busy schedule or picky kids knows that pasta is a staple in the pantry. I always loved plain pasta as a child, but as I grew into adulthood I started appreciating different flavors and ingredients to compliment the pasta I was eating. After I had kids, I tried to make healthier dishes with fun pasta they would love. From homemade mac and cheese with a twist to sneaking veggies in pasta sauce, I’ve tried it all! I always find the best way to get my kids to try something new is by letting them help or watch me prep dinner.
Garlic is a flavor both my girls LOVE. My mother in law would always joke that while other kids smelled like “baby,” mine smelled like garlic. I know that I can add a little garlic powder to just about anything and they will at least try a new dish. After looking over the recipes at Past Fits, I knew immediately my girls would at least try, if not love the Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Pasta. This is an easy-enough dish that can be prepared in a bind on a busy school night, and you can add veggies on the side and even some grilled chicken or meatballs to make it a complete meal. Sometimes I make grilled chicken and meatballs on the weekend and keep them in the fridge for a few days to help get through dinners on our busiest nights.
What I love most about pasta is the ease and versatility. In just 15 minutes pasta is ready and waiting to be created into a simple or fun dish that everyone in the family will love. After visiting Pasta Fits, I know it will be my go-to for simple pasta recipes for any day of the week! Be sure to follow Pasta Fits on Facebook!

This sounds absolutely delicious!! Definitely a recipe to add to my list to try out 🙂
This recipe does look yummy, and easy to make to. I love those effortless weeknight dinners. I want to try the Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Chicken with Orzo.
We do use pasta a lot in my house also, I love trying different recipes and seasonings for it also. I like plain tomato sauce on it or also stir fried vegetables on top.
Pasta with chicken is my husband’s absolutely favorite.
Pasta dishes are my ultimate favorite for family dinner nights, it is something everyone can always agree on. This looks quite tasty!
