My girls are full of energy. They can play from sun up till sun down, and while it can be challenging to find things to release their energy during winter months, it is fun watching them get creative and pretend play with the resources they have.
I know when either of them just wants to lounge and not participate in active play, something isn’t right. Whether it is a bellyache or a constant bout of strep my oldest has been battling for a few months, seeing my kids slow down is difficult. When they play, they are happy doing what kids do, and learning in the process.
After my oldest hit the two-year mark, her doctor recommended a probiotic to accompany an antibiotic she was on. So, I set out looking for the perfect probiotic for her. I was inundated with information, brands, and strains of probiotics once I entered the drugstore, so I called the doctor back and asked for a recommendation.
“Culturelle for Kids” was the simple answer he gave, and the big yellow box was hard to miss.
Fast forward three years later and Culturelle Kids Probiotic is still the brand we use for both girls! My youngest is feeling more herself during the colder months compared to her older sister when she was her age and this may be due to a different immune system. I like to believe it is because we started using probiotics early with her.
Culturelle has multiple health benefits for kids including having Lactobacillus GG, which helps support kids’ immune systems.* It’s the #1 pediatrician recommended probiotic brand plus it contains the #1 clinically studied probiotic in children. † ††
I like to keep my kids happy and active, so along with proper nutrition and hygiene, I add Culturelle probiotic as a routine supplement!

I love the Culturelle brand. I use it for many of us in our house. Ill have to check these out.
I’ve hear about probiotics before and know they’re in some foods. I’d never heard of them as a supplement for kids before.
We all use probiotics on a regular basis. it really does help cut down on stomach issues!
I use probiotics personally but had never tried them with my kids. I think I need to start and this will be the first thing I try!
We’ve never given the kids anything like this either. Not sure how I feel about it…
