When Marina gets swept up into a windstorm, she lands in Oz where she meets Glinda the Good Witch (Sarah Chalke). Along the way, she befriends a Scarecrow (Twist), a Tin Woods-Woman (Kiki), and a Lion (Shout) and they go to the Wizard of Song (Jason Mraz) so that Marina can find her way home.Ghost Band
The Fresh Beats run into a ghost band when they get a gig in a western town. They face-off against the ghosts in a musical showdown and discover that the ghosts are misunderstood. So they work together to bring people back to the town.Chimps in Charge

oh great! Now i’m going to have that song in my head. My 3 yr loves them – and especially loves the nickjr website where he can dress them up in different outfits! Great games for little ones….. free too !
I’ve heard of the fresh beat band but haven’t heard their songs before. My grandson is really into songs like the wheels on the bus and 5 little monkeys, so he might like this too.
There are shows that I watch with my girls that are tolerable, some that are intolerable and some that are really good. I love to watch the Fresh Beats with them! Mostly because it gets them up and moving (“Music…it really keeps me movin’…) and they are happy. Not to mention that the songs are catchy. We even have the CD in my car. This episode is one of the best! I am a sucker for Wizard of Oz rip-offs but it’s really cute and well-done. 🙂
My kids are too old now, but they sound like exactly the kind of thing I would have bought for them.
We have some Fresh Beat fans here in our house and they’d sure love to own a DVD!
