We try to lead an as-natural-as-possible lifestyle in my household. Of course, we make exceptions for certain things, like parties, special events, and other events. What I didn’t expect was that at the same time I was trying to relieve my children’s worse cold symptoms, I was also giving them products that contained food dyes, artificial flavors, alcohol, and even high fructose corn syrup. I shouldn’t have to compromise our lifestyle for medicines that are suppose to make my babies better, so why the junk in the relief?
Little Remedies knows about moms like me. Moms that expect better products for our babies when they aren’t feeling well. I didn’t know too much about chemicals in medicines until our pediatrician recommended the Little Remedies brand as the only saline brand he suggested to patients when their youngest family members were stuffy. From just a few weeks old, I was able to use the saline drops on my youngest daughter when she got a little cold and a stuffy nose. While she wasn’t able to take any other medications, Little Remedies saline drops were perfectly safe to help clear her nose and get her breathing better.
Now that my oldest is in Kindergarten, childhood illnesses are inevitable, like that cough that seems to last for months with no other symptoms. I need to be able to provide her relief while sending her to school awake and not doped up on a medication that will make her groggy. She needs to be able to function and concentrate, and get some relief from the cough that ails her. Once again, our favorite brand of medication has a solution for us with their all natural honey cough medicine. Little Remedies includes only 3 ingredients in their Honey Cough medicine, which includes everything your little one needs and nothing they don’t!

You should try using essential oils to prevent illness altogether, or at least help once they show symptoms. Plant Therapy sells their oils on Amazon for $7.95 with free shipping if you order a few. We use one drop of Immune Aid and Germ Fighter and Respir-Aid on our kids feet, wrists and over their heart each morning and evening to prevent sickness, especially during cold and flu season. I use it on myself since as a Preschool Teacher I am exposed to germs daily. We love them and they work great without anything but what Nature provides!

I’ve never tried any of these products before on my grandsons. They have been getting a million head colds lately and it doesn’t seem to ever end! The saline spray would probably help them!

Oh I am going to have to try these! Carter has a horrible cold right now, and we always worry too about giving him all the icky stuff! I am going to go and pick some up tomorrow and try it.
