With just a few weeks left until my due date, I’m definitely nesting and trying to get everything in order before baby comes. I’ve already sorted through clothing he will need when he comes home and separated the essentials from the items we won’t need immediately. His laundry is sorted, now it’s time to start washing everything and putting it away so I will be ready for him.
There is one brand that always comes to mind when it comes to baby laundry- . I’ve heard of Dreft for years and it seems to have been around for some time, but now Dreft has changed a few things and included a Stage One formula called Dreft Newborn which is hypoallergenic and designed to power through stains but still be gentle on baby’s skin. Now there is the new Dreft Active Baby which is their stage two formula designed to remove 99% of baby food stains and other “active baby” messes like outdoor stains while leaving their hypoallergenic feature intact. The last item in their lineup is the stage three Dreft Blissfuls that is in in-wash scent booster that brings back that new baby smell! Not only are these good in the wash, but I love making little satchels of these delicious smelling beads to place in my kid’s drawers to keep their clothing smelling fresh.
Check out this fun video Dreft put together that so many moms can relate to, reminding us of ours firsts with baby:
To celebrate the launch of their new products, Dreft has partnered with Kelly Rowland and will be hosting a Dreft twitter party on Tuesday, May 5th from 9-10p EST. RSVP HERE. There is also a new app that you can download called “Amazing Baby Days” where you can capture all those precious moments from pregnancy throughout your baby’s first year.
