Spring is here and my little girl is already asking when we can start planting things. She remembers last year when we made a small indoor garden with veggies that we later gave to grandpa to plant in his garden. I try to keep our fun garden projects as simple as possible, so that she can do most of it on her own. I also try to use products I know will produce results, because really, who wants to be disappointed by miserable end results. When I plant things, I expect them to grow, and this is especially important to a preschooler who anticipates positive results.
I haven’t purchased anything yet, but since we had great results with Miracle-Gro in the past, this is what we will be purchasing this year. They have a huge variety of gardening projects that are perfect for my little girl, and even have themed Disney domes! I love dome projects the best because they are usually self-watering and my forgetful child doesn’t have to worry about constantly tending to it. When we plant flowers, I explain to her that a few weeks after the seeds sprout, they have to be planted in the yard and this is where other Miracle Gro products come in handy.
Miracle-Gro has an extensive product line that provides the proper nutrients that all plants need. The Moisture Control Potting Mix helps take care of our plants indoors and prevents over or under-watering issues, while the Shake’n Feed All Purpose Plant Food is perfect for outdoor use.
