I received Centrum MultiGummies to try out and review as well as SOME FUN FITNESS GEAR. Opinions are 100% my own.
I never thought I would be the type of person that enjoys the gym. I despise working out. I thought the pregnancy weight would just magically fall off or that my body would look like the 20 year old me, but I was wrong. So. Wrong. I’ve joined gyms in the past but if I didn’t see results after my first workout or by the next morning, I was done. Who had time for this nonsense anyway?
Then, something happened. After my third baby my gym-rat friend offered to be my personal trainer. She had seen me through my skinniest (but not necessarily healthiest) days when we were younger, and also saw the ridiculous weight I gained during pregnancy. She knew I wasn’t happy because I didn’t feel healthy. I was tired and needed to feel better about myself. So, I took her up on it. We started with a spin class 3 times a week, then added pilates. This crazy girl right here was in the gym 5 times a week and sometimes twice a day! I love the gym now and I love how I feel after just an hour spent doing something for myself.

Since men and women have different nutritional needs, there are different formulas of.
