This week I noticed I am not ready to get off the Nutrisystem plan. I still have a little over a month left. I thought I would have been able to control my eating when we ate out, but this wasn’t the case. I overindulged one night when family came to see us and we decided to go out to dinner. The next day I felt sick to my stomach I didn’t want to eat anything.
Since then, I learned that I can enjoy my foods but not over eat. I came up with a plan that I’m hoping will work the next time around. My plan is to order an appetizer portion of whatever it is that I am eating, because I know that if food is in front of me, I will eat it. The less food in front of me, the better.
This week I lost 1.7 pounds, bringing me close to hitting the 230 mark. I still have about another 20 pounds that I would like to lose.
