Considering the amount of times I had to eat outside food this week because of work and other family affairs, I managed to maintain my weight at 236lbs. I think being on Nutrisystem for the last 6 weeks has shown me how to manage my meals so that I can continue to diet even at times when I can’t have my Nutrisystem meals, which to tell you the truth, I really like. My favorite breakfast meal is the cranberry-orange pastry. Not sure why, but it hits the spot first thing in the morning. For lunch, I have been leaning towards the bars, since they are easier to eat on the go. The best one by far is the peanut butter and jelly bar. I can eat that every day. Dinner is where I like the most variety. I have really enjoyed the all the pasta dishes, especially the stuffed shells. Here’s to the next week of my diet. Almost half way to my goal!
