Since I didn’t lose any weight last week, I decided to go back into Nutrisystem full force with limited food substitutions. I lost 1.6 pounds and I feel so much better about my weightloss standstill from last week.
It is time to put in another order of Nutrisystem food. It is so easy to place the order. Each item has reviews on what people thought of the taste. This is especially important to me because I am a very picky eater. I try to mix up the foods everyday between frozen and pre-packaged meals to keep things interesting.
Being that I am on the go most of the time – I use the food diary that they send with my food as opposed to the website. I found the website to be very useful, but I found that on my most active days I would forget to log my food and not account for my water for the day. It is great that you have two options of logging your food on Nutrisystem because I feel that this is one of the most important factors in weightloss. You need to be aware of what you are consuming throughout the day.
Today is Independence Day and we will be attending a Barbecue. While grilled food is known to be lean and healthy – the biggest factor is portion control. Hubby and I have just discussed that we will be making today a teamwork effort because we both know how easy it is to over eat at these events.
