A few weeks ago, I was flipping through the OnDemand channels for kid’s shows and came across Pajamimals. I hadn’t heard of them before, but decided to put on something new for my tot while I prepared dinner. My toddler started off by saying, “this is for babies” but was immediately intrigued by the friendly characters on the screen. I wasn’t too sure what they were all about, but as I was listening in, they were singing songs and teaching life lessons. I soon found out that the Pajanimals are part of the Good Night show on Sprout, which is suppose to prepare kids for bedtime. I love their purpose, but no show has been able to get my toddler to willingly head to bed and stay there all night!
The Pajanimals consist of Apollo, Sweetpea Sue, Squacky, and Cowbella and come from the same producer as the Muppet Babies: Jim Henson, so you will see a lot of similarities between the two. The parents in Pajaminals are never seen, just like Nanny, and the characters sing songs throughout the show.
Now your child can have these lovable characters, and what better time that for the holiday season? These make awesome stocking stuffers for that special child in your life that loves the Pajanimals. The soft creatures comes in two sizes, which is great for my girls who have a 2 1/2 year age difference. They each have their own plush to snuggle with, and they are great for at home or on the go!
The Pajanimal plush toys are from TOMY and includes the characters in 9-inch (SRP: $10.99) and 15-inch versions (SRP: $19.99). You can purchase Pajanimal Plush toys by TOMY at FAO Schwartz in NYC, and can also be purchased online at FAO, Amazon, and ToysRUs.
These pajaminals are so adorable!
So much fun!!
