Nothing says ‘Easter’ like the perfect pastel dresses for little girls. I remember when I was young, the highlight of my Easter was choosing a new spring dress and twirling around in it as our Easter festivities commenced. Now that I have 3 little ones to dress up for Easter, it’s fun coordinating the perfect outfits for my kids. My girls are predictable in their tastes- my oldest always chooses hues of purple and blue, while my middle daughter loves pinks. My little guy doesn’t have a choice yet, so I get to have a little fun with him. Most of our children’s clothing comes from The Children’s Place for two reasons- you get the best value for your buck and their clothes are SO cute!
Since Catholic Easter falls an entire month before Greek Orthodox Easter, we need to plan ahead to ensure we get our hands on Easter goods ahead of time- there may not be much available by the time our Easter rolls around. I always remember this being confusing for me when I was in school, but I do my best to instill our traditions into my children.
I usually have my girls choose their clothes, but this time I decided to pick for them. This makes it easier for me because they can be indecisive. My daughters each received the Cap Sleeve Bow Belt Skater Dress and the Girls Sleeveless Tiered Nature Skater Dress. I love dressing them in the same outfits but different colors because it makes for really cute picture. As you can see in the pictures, my oldest has both dresses in purple while my middle daughter has them in pink. Both dresses are super comfortable for all day wear, and can be paired with an adorable pair of sandals. If the weather is cooler, a simple sweater will keep them comfortable, and be sure to get a few pairs of stockings too!
My little guy doesn’t give me a hard time about what he wears yet, so I went for something cute and functional. He’s on the go these days, and needs to feel the floor with his bare feet- so the one piece Baby Boys Short Sleeve Striped Polo Romper is perfect. Diaper changes are easy with the snap bottom. paired with cute shoes and maybe a light sweater, this is a perfect Easter outfit for a little boy.
I was able to put together two nice outfits for each of my girls and one for my son with just $50! That’s a true bargain wen shopping for children. They grow so quick and won’t wear their clothes for more than a few months before they are on to the next size. It’s easy to stretch your dollar with stylish clothes from The Children’s Place!
Oh I really love the pastels for Easter and spring! Those dresses are so pretty!!! Love the colors!
Love those Easter dresses! I miss being able to buy such cute clothes for my daughter. She is older now so me getting her into anything I like is impossible.
Yes I love the Children’s place because you get good deals too. I also have fun dressing the little guy because he has no choice yet 🙂
