So, now that back to school season has officially commenced, I get to watch my daughter get excited over her new outfits and shoes every night she chooses clothing for the next day. The only problem- the weather doesn’t know that it’s September. So while my kindergartener is ooo-ing and ah-ing over her new styles, she is going to school in her summer clothing. It’s just too hot for long sleeves yet!

How cute are they? I love that she can have fun with her style without going for anything too grown-up. She is still only 5, after all, and I love that she chose monkeys over other styles that were available. Both outfits are made by the same company and are warm and cozy, perfect for those cooler fall/winter days. And they seem to be comfortable enough to wear 6+ hours a day while in school.

In case you missed my last post about Zappos, I wanted to share how much fun my daughter and I had shopping online for clothes. It is so much easier shopping for various brands and items in ONE PLACE, rather then going to multiple stores. Oh, and when we were shopping, we were hit with a horrible thunderstorm. Meanwhile, we stayed dry indoors and had Zappos ship our items directly to us.
