There are some baby brands that pop up on all your searches for top baby items. That brand for me is Summer Infant. Whether it is baby furniture, nursery essentials, swaddling blankets, baby safety, or baby monitors, Summer Infant has a wide variety of items in various categories for baby.
I was first introduced to Summer Infant with my first baby. The Summer Infant Swaddle Me blankets were a life saver for us. Our very colicky newborn was inconsolable. We rocked, we sang, we cried together and nothing helped. It wasn’t until I read something about swaddling baby that just clicked! I already had Summer Infant swaddles, it was time to use them. At 3 weeks old, we finally found a solution for my newborns incessant crying and since then we have sworn by these easy to use swaddling blankets. No guesswork here- you simply pull the sack of the swaddle blanket over your baby’s feet, tuck in their arms, and fold both sides onto the velcro and Voila! You have the perfect baby burrito! The Summer Infant Swaddles also keep baby from waking themselves up when they have that jolting reflex where their tiny arms spasm. With both arms securely tucked away, they no longer wake from that reflex and stay sleeping peacefully.

Now, with three kids in two different rooms, you can imagine keeping an eye on all of them can be a bit tricky. I’ve tried MANY baby monitors that promised easy setup and multiple camera connections. What I didn’t like was that I had to purchase the extra cameras separately. Summer Infant had moms like me in mind with their Dual View monitor. Two cameras, one parent unit, all in one box. And if you need additional cameras, they offer those too- you just need to purchase them separately. Two cameras is all I need to keep an eye on all 3 kids when they are upstairs sleeping and I’m downstairs either hosting friends or spending time with hubby.

The Dual View monitor offers pan tilt and zoom, which means that I can adjust the camera from the parent unit. This is most helpful for my 2 1/2 year old who often flips while she’s sleeping, keeping herself from my view. This full featured monitor is everything I have come to expect from a baby monitor with two cameras included. The vibrant display allows you to clearly see baby without disturbing them to make sure they are safe. This full-featured Summer Infant Dual View baby monitor retails for $280 and can be purchased at Walmart, Target, and JC Penney.

I really like Summer Infant products. We have a Summer Infant monitor from 4 years ago. It still works, even through a four year old getting his hands on it.
don’t think we’ve ever considered the summer infant brand
mostly because we didn’t know anything about it
