I swore up and down it wouldn’t happen. MY daughters would not fall into the “princess” trap! I was a tomboy growing up and didn’t want to look at the color pink until I found out my first was a little girl. Things quickly changed as she became my little princess and everything around me turned pink. Now, I seek out things I know she will like, and anything pink or princess always catches my eye.
For my toddler, nothing is better than Play Doh, or pink, and if it’s pink Play Doh then that’s just even better. Now, what happens when you bring together pink, Play Doh, and princesses? Well, you can guarantee a magical day of playtime with your little princess! As soon as my toddler saw the Play-Dph Prettiest Princess Castle Playset, she knew instantly it would be her favorite toy. Now, I know what you might be thinking: Does she actually let her toddler play with Play Doh? I have to say, I have a very *obedient* tot. She has never drawn on the walls with crayons or markers, seldom puts things in her mouth that don’t belong there, and has never attempted to make a play doh hat. When I give her Play Doh, I know that I am guaranteed at least a half hour of play time while I am able to get my infant to sleep, or feed her lunch. Play Doh is one of the best “toys” out there as it stimulates imagination and tactile learning. As you can tell, I love this stuff!
We have quite a few Play Doh playsets, including a cake maker, a dentist set, and many play doh cutters and shapes, but the Prettiest Princess Castle takes the cake! Featuring Sleeping Beauty (Princess Aurora), Belle (my tot’s fave), and Cinderella, there are surprises in every nook and cranny of this set! Each princess can be dressed in their ball gown and have their own Prince Charming! Rapunzel is at the top of the castle and you can make her hair grow as long as you can imagine! My favorite part about this set was the sparkle Play Doh! There are six 2 oz cans and three are sparkly!
The Play Doh Prettiest Princess Castle is geared toward children 3+, retails for $19.99, and can be purchased through Amazon and most toy retailers.
