When planning for baby, we often get so wrapped up in the big-ticket items like baby gear that we forget the basics. When I came home from the hospital with my first baby, I thought I had everything I needed. The only problem is I believed everyone I spoke to that said newborn-size diapers and clothes aren’t worth it. I should have listened to my mommy-instinct. But baby #2 and 3 I really did have it all(most) figured out, and stocked up on my favorite items I later discovered to be a necessity after having my first – including newborn size diapers. Other items I made sure to keep on hand were sensitive baby skin care products, since all my kids needed something special for their delicate skin. Our baby skin care routine hasn’t changed in the 7 years I’ve been a parent!
My little guy might not be in newborn size, and very far from it as he’s growing so quick, but I’m happy to see that Huggies Little Snugglers have extended their sizes to grow with baby. We’ve been a fan of Huggies Little Snugglers for so many reasons including the wetness indicator (my husband’s favorite), the pocketed back to catch those super liquid, early-days baby poop. Huggies knows that regardless of your baby’s age and size, their skin is still delicate, so you can find Huggies Little Snugglers at Kroger – up to a size 4. It’s great that you can usually find a diaper coupon to save when you shop (more details below!)
I love love love that my little guy is a cuddler. After dropping off his sisters at school, we play for a bit and then it’s nap time. He will curl up in my arms and nurse into dreamland. Whether it’s snuggle time or play time, Huggies Little Snugglers keeps him dry with gentle protection and a flexible design. They work great as a night time diaper as well, with a good amount of absorbency as well as a dry layer that keeps my little guy comfortable all night. The double tab grips keep his diaper in place when he’s up and about, stretching his legs and exploring the world around him.
