Refreshing sweet treats are a summer must-have, but finding something that fits into our lifestyle isn’t always easy. I try to limit my family’s sugar intake and don’t allow certain ingredients in my home. Artificial colors, flavors, and high fructose corn syrup are essentially banned from our grocery shopping list, but when I discovered Ruby Rocket’s at a local supermarket, I was impressed. Ruby Rocket’s are frozen pops that not only fit into our lifestyle by keeping those horrible ingredients out, but they also incorporate REAL fruits and veggies into every flavor.
So, how good can Ruby Rocket’s possibly be, you might ask. Well, I have to tell you – as a picky eater myself, I loved each of the three flavors of Ruby Rockets I tried. The harsher critics are my two daughters. They each picked a flavor to try out and didn’t even notice there were veggies in their fruit pops. After they devoured the delicious frozen treats, I showed them the ingredients on the box. My sweet-potato hating girls were shocked to find out they just ate this orange veggie… and enjoyed it! I have to admit- this is one frozen pop I enjoy with my girls and they are my guilt-free treat.
Here’s the deal on Ruby Rocket’s: there are three flavors: Rock-It-Red, Orbit Orange, and Galaxy Green. There are no more than 40 calories per pop and only up to 6 grams of sugar. Along with real fruits and vegetables, there’s also probiotics from non-dairy sources, and Vitamins A & C. At just under $5 for a 6 pack, you get a summer favorite without artificial ingredients.
What more can you ask for!? You can check out Ruby Rocket’s to see if they are sold in a market near you. As a bonus for being a loyal reader, check out this coupon for Ruby Rocket’s frozen pops- when you purchase a box of ice pop, you get one free! .

I’ve never heard of these before. I actually prefer the flavor in more natural popsicles, and I like that these have fruits and veggies. It’s a great way to get any picky eater to eat them.
