We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but what do you do when you have two kids that refuse to eat breakfast? I know many adults, including myself, are guilty of skipping the meal that jumpstarts your metabolism and fuels your body, but when it comes to children, they should get a good start to their day. I notice that when my toddler doesn’t have breakfast, she tends to be moodier, tired, and sluggish throughout the day.
I noticed that when I had morning playdates, my toddler ate better when her friends were around. It’s not always easy to have an entourage over for breakfast, but one of the moms usually brought over Aunt Jemima Mini Pancakes and all the kids would gobble them up! I wasn’t a fan of frozen pancakes before this because I thought they contained the nasty ingredients that are banned from my home which include high fructose corn syrup and artificial colors/flavors. It turns out, Aunt Jemima Mini Pancakes were made from the same ingredients I would make my own pancakes with including real eggs, milk, and sugar! I was sold! Not only can my toddler have a nutritious breakfast, but it was easy to prepare on school days when we had to be out of the house early! Aunt Jemima really lives by their tagline “Every Batch made from scratch” in all their frozen breakfast products.
Along with the mini pancakes already in their product line, Aunt Jemima is also including two more varieties in their Lil’Griddles line including Blueberry Mini pancakes and Cinnamon French Toast Sticks. Thats three great Lil’ Griddles varieties your little ones are sure to love! Aunt Jemima makes it easy to provide a warm, nutritious breakfast! My toddler loves that they are the perfect size for her little hands.

My kids so loved these and now I have a few boxes in the house. I haven’t been able to find the french toast sticks.
We love these too!
I love pancakes – I could eat them every morning!
For freezer cakes, those look freshly made! I want to try those little cutie cakes.
Love the size. It would keep us from wasting so much with a toddler.
My son love ’em. I haven’t seen the french toast sticks yet, either.
my kids love them and the blueberry one’s too
