My toddler loves cartoons with animals and can relate to The Littlest Pet Shop which is a series about a girl and her father who live in a city apartment right on top of a pet shop where animals have fun personalities. I’m not sure she really “gets” it at only 3, but she loves anything that has to do with animals, and the cute big-eyed creatures entertain her while mama can get some work done!
