We are in the market for an iPad but I have so many questions, especially about how I will use it. My biggest problem is that although the iPad may be convenient in some instances, it really doesn’t beat having a computer, especially in my situation where access to a keyboard is a must. Now that there are plenty of options out there as iPad add ons, I am getting closer to justifying this purchase and jumping on the iPad bandwagon.
Another cool iPad add on is the Targus iNotebook, which connects via Bluetooth. It simulates a notebook by providing a way to take notes the old fashioned way- by writing. You simply use the pen that comes with the iNotebook and your notes are transfered right to your iPad. Of course, “there’s an app for that” so you have to download the app from the Apple App Store first, but once you set it up the rest is a breeze!
Do you have a student that is going back to school with an iPad this year? Back in my days of college, I took my laptop with me everywhere and this served as my notebook. Today’s student has the convenience of a light-weight iPad along with unique accessories that really enhance learning and the classroom experience. The iNotebook is rechargeable making it convenient for on-the-go students. No special paper is necessary but the iNotebook does take a notepad which can be replaced with any standard notebook. The iNotebook also comes with a leather case which also contains the iPad, so all your accessories are together, in one place.
The iNotebook will be available this Fall, so be on the lookout for it. I think this is going to be an awesome must-have for college students!
Wow, that is awesome! I have an iPad (I won it!) and I LOVE it! I hardly ever turn on the desktop now, except to print. I highly recommend getting one!
Wow the bluetooth pen is cool. I don’t know if I could do without a keyboard though.
That is pretty darn neat. Definitely haven’t seen anything like it before.
Interesting. I love my iPad but don’t use it even close to its full potential.
I must check this out!
I’m a traditional to do list writer, but want an iPad too and this looks like a GREAT app for that!
Now that is neat!
Very cool idea (and practical)
I so want the Targus iNotebook. I need to get the ipad first though. It would be so great to create sketches too I bet.
I want to check this out. Thanks!
Wow — I hadn’t heard about this technology…. that would be a great way for classmates to share notes.
I really love that. I need to get one. I never take notes on my ipad because I hate having to type on it, but this is great!
This looks very cool. i need one of these for myself.
I don’t have an iPad, but if I ever got one, I would definitely want this!
Wow. What will they come up with next?
That is really cool! I’ve been thinking I should get my son an ipad for college, and maybe I should!
